Mobile Banking Application registration is done at the nearest Customer Service Branch. The activation of Mobile Banking is done by downloading the mobile banking application through Play Store for Android users and App Store for iOS users.

Security Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking provides security guarantees through:

1. The registered mobile number becomes the customer's identity.

2. The destination account number (for transfers) must be registered first.

3. Using 2 factors of security, to enter the application using a password and each transaction uses MPIN.
