 - ≤ USD 100,000   0.125 % min USD 10 + SWIFT Fee IDR 100,000,-
 - USD 100,000 up to USD 500,000   0.0625% + SWIFT Fee IDR 100,000,-
 -  >USD 500,000   0.03125 % + Biaya SWIFT IDR 100.000,-
2.  Commission of L/C change :    
 - Nominal Change   0.125 % min USD 10 + SWIFT Fee IDR 40,000,-
 - Other Changes   IDR 25,000,- (administration fee) + SWIFT Fee IDR 40,000,-
3.  Cancellation of L/C   USD 15 / Transaction + SWIFT Fee IDR 60,000,- + Correspondent Bank Fee (if any)
4.  Confirmation of L/C   In accordance with Correspondent Bank Fee
5.  Completion of PIB (tax):  
 - With L/C   IDR 50,000,-
 - Without L/C   IDR 75,000,-
6.  Overdue Premium payment (sight L/C) since debited from the Correspondent Bank of Bank Bumi Arta   In accordance with the applicable loan interest rate
7.  Commission of Documented Collection (without L/C)   0.125 % min USD 35 + SWIFT Fee USD 15
8.  Acceptance of L/C Draft Usance per annum   1% min USD 10
