Pension loan is a loan product of PT. Bank Bumi Arta which is designed for retired customers to receive retirement loans

Advantages

• Flexible loan term ranging up to 15 years (180 months)
• Loan facility for customers who do not have a Tax Identification Number up to 50 Million Rupiah
• Loan facility for customers who have a Tax Identification Number up to 250 Million Rupiah

Requirements

• Customers with a maximum age limit of 75 years when the installment of pension loan ends
• Retirement loan is NOT PERMITTED to be a representative loan because the lender (recipient of the pension salary) is immature

Documents required

• Original SKEP
• Original and copy of the Retirement Identity Card or other retirement identity card
• Original last Salary Slip
• Original and copy of ID card
• Original and Copy of family card
• Certificate / letter of recommendation from the paymaster / local Post Office HR if necessary
