Adjustment Information on Checking & Savings Account Status

To all customers of Bank Bumi Arta

In connection with the issuance of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 24 of 2025 concerning Account Management in Commercial Banks, effective May 7, 2026, the status classification of Checking and Savings Accounts will be gradually implemented as follows:

Current and savings accounts with a zero balance for a maximum of 6 (six) consecutive months will be automatically closed in accordance with applicable regulations.

To avoid changing the account status to Inactive or Dormant, please ensure that customers make one transaction (deposit, withdrawal, or balance check) within a period of 360 (three hundred and sixty) calendar days. If the customer's account is currently inactive, customers can reactivate their checking and savings accounts by visiting the nearest Bank Bumi Arta branch office.

Adjustment of Bank Loan Interest Rates
