Terms and Condition

1. If the daily balance is below the minimum balance given, the account will be charge with an additional fee.    
2. If there is 3 (three) times of check/Giro slip cashing OR 1 (one) time of check/Giro slip cashing with funds more than Rp. 500.000.000,- rejected cause by unsufficient fund, the account will be registered in National Blacklist.    
3. When the account's holder name is registered in National Blacklist by the other Bank(s), that individual account in Bank Bumi Arta will be closed by the Bank. Check/Giro Slip must be returned and the Customer must provide sufficient fund equals to the total of outstanding Check/Giro Slip.    
4. Inactive Account with 0 (zero) balance will be closed by the Bank.    

Requirement and Required Documents

• Signature authorization arranged by the Customer.    
• In case of 2 Personal Account, the Personal Account requirements are applied.    
• In case of 2 Company Account, the Personal Account requirements are applied.    
• In case of combination between Personal and Company Account, both requirements from Personal and Company are applied.
