Export Financing Loan is loan, withdrawn for payment of raw material in Export Activity.

Requirements and Documents (Individual Debtor)

  1. Indonesian citizen
  2. ID of Debtor / Husband / Wife / Guarantor and valid ID of Spouse of Guarantor
  3. Not in the Black List and the List of Bad Debts
  4. NPWP, SIUP, and TDP
  5. Family card and birth certificate
  6. Current account for the last 3 months (if already owned)
  7. Marriage Certificate (If married in Civil Registry / KUA)
  8. Last child's birth certificate (If it’s unregistered marriage)
  9. Letter of Name Change (For those who have changed their names)
  10. Divorce Certificate and Asset Distribution Agreement (For those who are divorced)

Requirements and Documents (Company Debtor)

  1. Company / Legal entity in question has been approved by the Ministry of Justice
  2. A valid identity card from the authorized management
  3. Not in the Black List and the List of Bad Debts
  4. NPWP, SIUP, and TDP
  5. Deed of Establishment (must be in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007) and Articles of Association up to the last revision, and the announcement in the State Gazette
  6. Financial statements
  7. Current account for the last 3 months (if already owned)
  8. Data of administrators
  9. Data of shareholders
  10. Certificate of domicile
  11. Disorder Act (If the company is engaged in manufacturing)

Warranty :

1. Land and Building :

  • Certificates (SHM and HGB)
  • Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB)
  • Building Permit (IMB) and Photo of the Situation and Evidence of Building Implementation
  • Pictures of Building Plan (Blue Print) and a copy of the latest Land
  • The latest Building Tax (PBB) along with the copy of STTS (Deposit Receipt)
  • Insurance policy

2. Kiosk :

  • SIPTU (Permit to Use Business Premises)
  • Kiosk Block Statement from the Local General Trade Market
  • Insurance policy

3. Deposits :

  • Deposit Bilyet and its extension
  • Power of Attorney for the Disbursement of Deposit

4. Cars :

  • BPKB (Proof of Ownership of Motor Vehicles)
  • Invoice
  • Certificate of NIK (Vehicle Identification Number)
  • 3 Blank Sheet Receipt + 1 piece seal
  • Friction of the frame and engine numbers
  • Insurance policy
  • Blocking Statement of the BPKB from Polda Metro Jaya
  • Statement of the Show Room to hand in the BPKB if it has been completed (for a new BPKB car)
  • Vehicle Order documents (for new cars)
